We foster a culture of inclusion, passion, and transparency—breaking traditional norms, redefining the way we work, and committing to excellence in service and passenger safety.Support different areas of the organization in designing, establishing, and updating measures and internal controls to mitigate operational risks documented in the risk and control matrix.Monitor the programs designed to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks related to financial reporting.Design and implement controls that ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations applicable to the organization's operations.Support organizational areas in reviewing internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and internal control standards.Advise business areas on Internal Control matters and provide guidance to ensure the effectiveness and proper implementation of controls.Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (CPA equivalent).Experience implementing internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX , etc.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.Data analysis skills (ACL or similar tools).Intermediate English proficiency.Life & medical insurance + 24/7 online family medical assistance.• We are Mexico's lowest-cost airline, operating the most modern fleet in Latin America, and rapidly expanding globally.
