Financial Analyst to lead Mexico Ads Sales Finance. This role is the primary Finance partner to the Managing Director of Mexico and sits on the Mexico Ads Leadership team.
Own the short and long-term revenue forecasts for Mexico Ads.
Represent Amazon Ads Mexico to internal stakeholder teams across Ads Finance, Stores Finance, FP&A, Legal, Accounting, and Tax teams.
Optimize and prioritize investments based on a deep understanding of the Mexico Ads landscape across industry verticals, agency partners, and advertiser growth trajectory.
This role will be the leader of Mexico Ads Sales Finance, and will interact with a diverse group of stakeholders across locales, functions, and levels.
3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
~4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
~4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
~4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
~ Bachelor's degree
~ Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
~ MBA, or CPA
~ Knowledge of Tableau
~ Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
~5+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
