The Regional Brand Director, LATAM is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia and Peru currently. Reporting to the VP, NA & LATAM, this role drives sales growth by building strong retail partnerships, and ensuring the successful execution of global brand initiatives.
The Regional Brand Director works closely with Global Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Education, and Retail Marketing to deliver commercial objectives while maintaining Rare Beauty's brand standards across the region. This role is responsible for driving regional growth, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration. The Regional Brand Director partners with the VP, NA & LATAM on business planning, investment recommendations, and regional priorities, while leading the execution of the commercial strategy across LATAM.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth across all LATAM accounts.
~ Serve as the primary commercial leader for the LATAM region, providing strategic direction, business insights, and recommendations to support regional growth.
~ Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners to support long-term business growth.
~ Lead annual business planning, seasonal commercial strategies, and Joint Business Planning with key retail partners.
~ Develop, manage, and oversee the LATAM regional budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support strategic priorities and deliver financial objectives.
~ Partner with retailers to identify opportunities for distribution expansion, merchandising, promotional programs, and marketing initiatives.
~ Ensure successful execution of all product launches across the region while maintaining Rare Beauty's global brand standards.
~ Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
~ Act as a liaison with Field Leadership and Planning to escalate inventory concerns, align on launch readiness, and track performance of key events and activations.
~ Partner with Finance and Planning to support forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial priorities.
~ Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Education, Retail Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver business objectives.
~ Ensure retailer websites have accurate product information, digital assets, assortments, and timely product launches.
~ Represent Rare Beauty in regional retailer meetings, industry events, and internal leadership forums.
~ Oversee day to day coordination of freelance teams, including scheduling, coverage, communication, and alignment to key market and business priorities.
~• Partner with Regional Trainers to align calendars, training priorities, and field needs, ensuring resources are deployed effectively across the market.
10+ years of commercial leadership experience within prestige beauty or a related consumer industry.
~ Experience leading international businesses, preferably across LATAM and experience with Sephora and Blush Bar.
~ Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
~ Proven ability to build strategic retail partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
~ Positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to changing business needs.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20-30% as business needs require.
