Job TitleSenior ADAS & Functional Safety EngineerExperience5+ yearsin automotive domainJob DescriptionWe are looking for aSenior ADAS & Functional Safety Engineerwith strong experience inautomotive electronics and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure toISO 26262 Functional Safety lifecycle, system engineering, and safety analysis for automotive ECUs and ADAS features.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and executeFunctional Safety activitiesacross the product lifecycle in compliance withISO 26262 .PerformHazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA) for ADAS and automotive systems.Define and manageFunctional Safety Concept (FSC) andTechnical Safety Concept (TSC) .Conduct safety analyses such asFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, and DFA.Work closely withADAS system, hardware, and software teamsto ensure safety requirements implementation.SupportASIL decomposition, safety requirement allocation, and traceability.Review and approve safety work products including safety plans, safety cases, and confirmation measures.Interface with OEMs, suppliers, and third-party assessors for safety audits and assessments.Support integration, verification, and validation of ADAS features from a safety perspective.Required Skills & Qualifications~ Bachelor's or Master's degree inElectrical, Electronics, Automotive, or Embedded Systems Engineering.~5+ yearsof experience in theautomotive domain.~ Strong hands-on experience withISO 26262 Functional Safety.~ Experience working onADAS systems(Camera, Radar, Lidar, Sensor Fusion, ECU).~ Knowledge ofASIL (A–D) classification and safety lifecycle processes.~ Experience with safety analysis tools and methods ( FMEA, FMEDA, FTA ).~ Familiarity with automotive communication protocols ( CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet ).~ Experience with requirements management tools ( DOORS, Polarion, Jama ).~ Good understanding ofvehicle E/E architecture.Nice to HaveExposure toSOTIF (ISO 21448) .Experience with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.Knowledge ofAUTOSAR (Classic or Adaptive) .Functional Safety certification (TÜV or equivalent).
