We actively manage operating companies within the Real Estate, Design, and Education sectors. Our strategy combines strategic investments in alternative assets with a mix of public and private market holdings to ensure long-term value creation.Role: Investment AnalystThe ideal candidate is someone capable of shifting between complex real estate underwriting and high-level portfolio reporting.Advanced Modeling: Develop and manage complex financial models (DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis) for property acquisitions and development feasibility.Project Lifecycle Management: Regularly monitor ongoing developments, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.Capital & Cash Strategy: Manage project-level cash flows and support fundraising efforts for new real estate ventures.Investment Research & Due DiligenceAsset Evaluation: Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on public instruments (Bonds, ETFs, Stocks) and private vehicles (VC, PE, Direct Investments).Pipeline Management: Maintain and monitor the investment pipeline, ensuring all potential deals are rigorously vetted.Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into local and regional trends to identify high-alpha opportunities.Regularly monitor the performance of assets operated by external managers.Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee and family members.Department Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact across internal departments to gather data and streamline information flow.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related analytical fieldPrior experience in Real Estate modeling and analysis is highly preferred.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Languages: Full bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English .Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.Exposure to high-profile investments and direct interaction with industry leaders.
