Dynatrace Senior Engineer : Responsibilities Advanced Implementation:
Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynatrace monitoring, log analytics, automation, and integration solutions. Core Monitoring:
Implement and refine Synthetic Monitoring, dynamic dashboards, intelligent alerting, and automated reporting. Log Management & Pipelines:
Drive log migration initiatives, build robust ingestion pipelines, and lead query conversion activities to centralize observability data. Automation Engineering:
Develop and deploy automation for onboarding processes, monitoring tasks, and day-to-day operational workflows. Enterprise Integrations:
Lead integrations with ITSM tools (specifically ServiceNow) and drive SLO/SLA monitoring and broader reliability initiatives. Advanced Troubleshooting:
Actively investigate and resolve complex performance bottlenecks, monitoring blind spots, and ingestion issues. Requirements Experience:
4–6 years of proven experience in Dynatrace, Observability, SRE, or DevOps roles. Dynatrace Mastery:
Strong, hands-on experience with Synthetic Monitoring. Data & Analytics (Crucial):
Deep expertise working with
Grail
(Dynatrace's data lakehouse) and writing complex queries using
DQL
(Dynatrace Query Language). Infrastructure Knowledge:
Solid experience working with modern Cloud platforms and containerized environments (Kubernetes). Automation & Scripting:
High proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to drive monitoring automation and migrations. Problem Solving:
Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a focus on root-cause analysis in distributed systems. Desired Dynatrace Professional Certification. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Hybrid
