Flex is seeking a Sr Manager, Finance to lead the financial controllership function for its Component Services business, based in Guadalajara. You will own planning, forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, working capital, inventory, cash management, and financial reporting while guiding shared service teams.
You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive performance and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
