Diabetes Educator – Make a Real Impact in Regional Communities
Full Time or Part-Time| Choose Your Base: Bathurst or Orange (Wiradjuri Country)
Are you passionate about empowering people to take control of their health?
Do you want a role that blends clinical care, education, community connection, and the chance to work across diverse regional locations?
Deliver high‐quality diabetes education to individuals, families, and groups
Provide outreach services to rural and remote communities
Mentor students and contribute to best-practice models
Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent organisational and digital skills
Experience in rural health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, telehealth, health promotion or research.
Annual professional development allowance
Strong commitment to cultural safety
