Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to develop value propositions, support commercial initiatives, and drive market success.
Monitor market performance, build relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Hitachi at industry events to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
~8–9 years of experience in the electrical industry, with solid understanding of market trends, customer applications, and industry dynamics.
~ At least 5 years of experience in Market Management, Product Management, Strategic Marketing, or related commercial roles.
~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
~ Proficiency in market research tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and fluent English; Spanish and international travel availability are highly desirable.
