We are seeking an experiencedImplementation Managerto drive the rollout of our global AI-enabled recruiting technology stack across Latin America. In this role, you will lead client communications, manage project delivery, and ensure seamless regional deployments. You will partner closely with Product, Solution Architecture, Workday Integration, Change & Training, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, on-time implementations.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day project management, including status reporting, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and cross-functional coordination.Capture user needs (recruiters, hiring managers, coordinators) during discovery and ensure alignment across configuration, workflows, and training plans.Oversee a structured hypercare period after go-live, triaging issues, documenting lessons learned, and smoothly transitioning ownership to Support.Serve as the primary client liaison for all regional deployments.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and post-go-live support activities.Coordinate Workday integration testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.Bridge communication between global product teams and local stakeholders to ensure alignment.Support the standardization and continuous improvement of deployment practices.Required Skills & Experience:5+ yearsin implementation, client management, HR technology delivery, or related program management.Experience withATS,CRM, orWorkday integrationsstrongly preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguesestrongly preferred.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.Willingness to travelup to 25%for regional rollouts.*We are looking for remote candidates based in LATAM countries: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Uruguay*APPLY NOW, and be part of a #Great Place To Work Certified Company and take your career to the next levelYou may send your CV to ccanada@psgglobal.com to kick start your application.
