8+ years of experience
as a
Technical Program Manager (TPM) Java Software Development Lifecycle ( SDLC ) Strong experience facilitating
Scrum ceremonies
, including: Sprint Planning Experience defining and delivering
cloud-native software products
and
platforms at scale Proven experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering programs using
Agile methodologies
such as
Scrum
and
Kanban Strong ability to drive
data-driven decision making
and implement
continuous improvement practices
across teams A strategic and hands-on
TPM
who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys diving deep into technical challenges, understands
cloud-native architectures
, and can successfully bridge the gap between
business strategy
and
engineering execution
.
