Su función es elaborar las nóminas de los clientes y actuar como enlace para su procesamiento.RESPONSABILIDADESProducir nóminas oportunas y precisas: incluye todas las actividades de interfaz y procesamiento de nóminas.Responder a las consultas de los clientes y tomar las medidas pertinentes, garantizando la revisión y resolución oportuna de los problemas.Mantener los manuales de procedimientos de nómina de los clientes y los documentos de los procesos empresariales.Procesar de forma oportuna y precisa los eventos cíclicos, incluyendo las actividades de fin de mes, trimestre y año. Balancear los datos de los clientes para el trimestre y el cierre del año.Mantenerse al día con los conocimientos y la experiencia en legislación y sistemas ADP.REQUISITOSFormación Académica: Licenciatura en Contaduría, administración o afínManejo de sistema SAP3 a 5 años de Experiencia procesando NominasManejo de Excel avanzadoIngles Intermedio avanzadoConocimiento en la legislación MexicanaCapacidad de trabajar en horario flexibleHABILIDADESIniciativa y alta motivaciónCapacidad de análisisGestión con el cliente
