The Role

As an Investment Analyst or Associate, you will work directly with the senior investment team across the full lifecycle of a transaction, from building the financial models that underpin investment decisions to contributing to the memoranda presented to the Investment Committee.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling

  • Build and maintain financial models (three-statement, DCF) to evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential returns.
  • Update financial models to reflect evolving market conditions and asset performance.
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to support investment theses.

Deal Execution & Due Diligence

  • Actively contribute to due diligence processes for prospective investments, coordinating third-party evaluations where applicable.
  • Prepare investment memoranda for presentation to the Investment Committee and external stakeholders.

Asset Management, Reporting & Investment Thinking

  • Prepare asset management reports and materials, including performance summaries, strategic plans, and investor updates.
  • Track the fund's financial information and support GP-LP compliance, including distributions, reporting obligations, and regulatory adherence.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad hoc and specialized analyses as requested by senior team members.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated financial modeling experience, including the ability to build models from first principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building, auditing, and optimizing complex financial models.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational discipline to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
