Intercompany Record to Report Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for performing intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, balance settlements, account analysis, month-end close support, and financial reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of intercompany transactions across multiple entities. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Perform

and

oversee

intercompany

account

reconciliations

to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment of financial records across multiple entities.

Investigate,

analyze,

and

resolve

intercompany

discrepancies

in a timely manner, collaborating with stakeholders to prevent recurring issues.

Support

month-end,

quarter-end,

and

year-end

close

activities

by ensuring intercompany transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported.

Process

and

coordinate

intercompany

settlements , ensuring balances are cleared accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain

accurate

intercompany

accounting

and

financial

reporting , ensuring compliance with internal controls, accounting requirements, and corporate reporting deadlines.

If you have/are: Bachelor's

degree in a

ccounting,

Finance,

Business

Administration,

or

a

related

field.

Minimum

of

3

years

of

experience

in

intercompany

accounting , including reconciliations, AP/AR, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.

Strong

knowledge

of

accounting

principles

and

standards , including IFRS and/or US GAAP, with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Advanced

proficiency

in

ERP

systems

and

financial

tools , with experience in OneStream and BlackLine preferred, as well as strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.

Excellent

analytical,

problem-solving,

and

reconciliation

skills , with the ability to identify and resolve intercompany discrepancies while meeting close and reporting deadlines.
