We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the roleJava L1 Production SupportSupport users to resolve issues they face when operating our Java Microservices Applications and implement the features and fixes they need to function correctly, in such a way that the clients receive a reliable and quality service for the Digital Credit Platform of HSBC. We seek for a professional with strong interest for production support at level 1 for this kind of applications.This position will start taking user support activities and when high level of familiarity with the systems had been demonstrated developing in Java.Raise Jira tickets when help from second or third level support is required.Maintain the support for spring MVC, APIs and Java Microservice applications.Implement proper unit testing, integration testing and regression testing for the developed applications.
