Required – Technical

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams as an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar role.
• Experience with test automation using Java, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control. Experience testing event-driven middleware systems —

MQ (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka)

Balanced expertise in Java and REST Assured

(equally important for this team). API and Message Queue testing experience . Leadership and communication skills . Onshore-offshore coordination and stakeholder interaction . Automation strategy and project ownership . Nice to Have (Technical Skills)

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with JMeter, Gatling, or performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architectures. Responsibilities (Key Activities)
• Lead QA and test automation teams.
• Define and execute automated testing strategies.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks.
• Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Promote quality standards, best practices, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Development, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. Required Languages
• English – Advanced (80–95%)
