A Specialist, Labor Relations working on site in Mexico City, you'll be a part of bringing humanity to business. #experience TTECThe Specialist, Labor Relations is a HR professional responsible for managing and maintaining constructive relationships between the organization and its workforce. This role requires in-depth knowledge of labor laws, negotiation strategies, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.During a Typical Day, You'llServe as the primary liaison between management and employeeAdvise managers and HR partners on labor relations strategy, legal compliance, and issue resolutionInvestigate complex employee grievances or disputes and recommend appropriate actionDevelop and implement labor relations policies, programs, and training to promote a positive and compliant work environmentMonitor labor law developments and ensure organizational policies are aligned with current legal standardsSupport the resolution of disciplinary actions, terminations, and workforce restructuring from a labor relations perspectiveFoster proactive employee engagement to minimize disputes and improve employee satisfactionWhat You Bring to the RoleBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or related field5+ years of experience in labor/employee relations or HRStrong understanding of labor lawExcellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacyExperience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and complex organizational environmentsExperience in BPO +3yrsBilingual English/SpanishWhat You Can ExpectSupportive of your career and professional developmentAn inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouragedA global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company valuesAsk us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefitsAnd yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement)Visit
