We're Hiring: Maximo Technical LeadLocation: Remote, Mx.Are you passionate about enterprise asset management and ready to lead cutting-edge IBM Maximo projects? Join us as a Maximo Technical Lead and take ownership of designing, developing, and integrating solutions that power mission-critical operations.You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor a talented team, and drive innovation in MAS environments. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering scalable solutions, this is your opportunity What You'll DoLead Maximo integrations using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.Architect system configurations: Domains, Database Config, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Workflows.Develop custom Java classes, BIRT reports, and automation scripts.Mentor and guide a team of developers and integration specialists.Ensure best practices in CI/CD, version control, and coding standards.Support upgrades, data migrations, and deployments in MAS environments. Your ExpertiseStrong experience with IBM Maximo (including MAS).Proficiency in MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware integration.Java development & BIRT reporting.CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.Data migrations and upgrades. Business Process KnowledgeMust Have: Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management.Nice to Have: HSE, Reporting & Compliance. Soft SkillsLeadership & mentoring.Strong communication & collaboration.Analytical problem-solving. QualificationsBachelor's in Computer Science or related field.5+ years of IBM Maximo experience.Leadership experience preferred.Certifications are a plus. Ready to lead and innovate?
