BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager in Ciudad Juarez, CH. to lead and oversee projects in the medical devices sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a solid grasp of the regulatory requirements specific to the medical devices industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Plan and execute projects from start to finish.Coordination and logistics in production line transfers.Planning, organization, and monitoring of activities/deliverables using project trackers.Excellent skills in building connections and collaborations with cross-functional departments and at all levels.Coordinate teams and ensure timelines, budget, and quality goals are met.Communicate with clients and stakeholders.Identify risks and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards.Manage budgets and financial reporting.Lead and support project teams.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.Master's or PMP (Desirable)10+ years of experience in the medical device industry.5 years of experience in project managementExperience in scheduling and managing meetings with core and lead teams.Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira.Schedule availability and flexibility.Committed, results-oriented, and highly responsible.Bilingual (English - Spanish)
