We're Hiring: Maximo Technical Lead Location: Remote, Mx. Are you passionate about enterprise asset management and ready to lead cutting-edge IBM Maximo projects? Join us as a Maximo Technical Lead and take ownership of designing, developing, and integrating solutions that power mission-critical operations. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, mentor a talented team, and drive innovation in MAS environments . If you thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering scalable solutions, this is your opportunity What You'll Do Lead Maximo integrations using MIF , REST/SOAP APIs , and middleware platforms. Architect system configurations: Domains, Database Config, Automation Scripts, Conditional UI, Workflows. Develop custom Java classes , BIRT reports , and automation scripts. Mentor and guide a team of developers and integration specialists. Ensure best practices in CI/CD , version control, and coding standards. Support upgrades, data migrations, and deployments in MAS environments . Your Expertise Strong experience with IBM Maximo (including MAS). Proficiency in MIF , REST/SOAP APIs , middleware integration. Java development & BIRT reporting. CI/CD, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Data migrations and upgrades. Business Process Knowledge Must Have: Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory Management. Nice to Have: HSE, Reporting & Compliance. Soft Skills Leadership & mentoring. Strong communication & collaboration. Analytical problem-solving. Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of IBM Maximo experience. Leadership experience preferred.
