You will own the full project lifecycle and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.Lead large-scale, strategic agile projects or programs consisting of multiple related initiativesManage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, and budgetsPartner with key stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteriaProvide innovative ideas to improve organizational performanceCoach and manage Livingston team members assigned to projects, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and talent recommendationsManage vendor and third-party relationships, including evaluation and performance feedbackEnsure project documentation is created, maintained, and up to dateAnalyze initiatives to assess impact on projects and Livingston's client baseStay informed on emerging technologies that may impact projects or the broader organizationDemonstrated success leading projects from concept through completionStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence in matrixed and remote environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management toolsKnowledge of multiple project management methodologies and the ability to apply the most appropriate approachMinimum of 3 years of related program or project management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMaster's degree or equivalentAt Livingston, you'll work on strategic, enterprise-level programs that directly impact our customers and the future of global trade.
