This role acts as the subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with business stakeholders and providing strategic direction to cross-functional agile teams (including internal resources and external technology partners) to successfully deliver on critical business objectives.Due to the deep understanding required of the business strategy, priorities, and objectives, this role demands a multifaceted leader who can strategically vet and clearly articulate the implications and user-impact of every product decision.This individual will lead the effort to deliver new capabilities and enhanced user experiences, collaborating with technology partners and agile teams to implement best-in-class consumer data analytics solutions across various technology platforms. Basic Qualifications (Required)Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant professional work experience.Product Management: 5-7 years of product management experience.Analytics & Data Science: Strong foundational understanding of reporting, analytics, data science, and ML concepts, including data management and analytics development.Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, capable of transforming raw data into actionable information and insights about the organization's consumers.Problem Solving: Ability to synthesize multiple data points to develop viable solutions with minimal explicit direction.Data Principles: Knowledge of data management principles, data cleaning, model validation, and performance measurement.Business Domain: Experience within a Direct to Consumer (D2C) business environment and related data domains.Methodology: Experience with the Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.Leadership: Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams focused on executing large projects from inception to completion, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem-solving, and communicating recommendations.️ Specialized Data Skills (Highly Desired)Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing and enforcing Data Governance frameworks, policies, and standards.Experience in designing, managing, or utilizing a Data Catalog for improved data discovery and lineage. OvalEdge Skillset is plus.Proven ability to perform Data Mapping activities to support system integrations, data migrations, and regulatory compliance requirements. Onetrust skillset is plusStrong understanding of Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) rules and regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), with experience embedding these requirements into product features and development processes
