We are seeking a highly driven 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong blend of business development and executive search experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to successful candidate placement.This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a consultative, performance-driven environment and is comfortable building long-term client relationships while delivering high-quality talent across specialized roles.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage your own portfolio of clients through consultative business developmentLead end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement)Execute headhunting strategies for mid to senior-level positionsAct as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring needs, market trends, and talent availabilityBuild and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidatesManage multiple open roles simultaneously with high standards of quality and speedMaintain accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM/ATS toolsNegotiate fees, offers, and employment terms with clients and candidatesRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment / executive searchProven background in commercial/business development + headhuntingStrong experience managing the full recruitment cycle independentlyAbility to work with senior stakeholders and decision-makersExcellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skillsHigh level of autonomy, ownership, and accountabilityExperience working with specialized or technical roles is a strong plusWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission structureHighly entrepreneurial environment with strong growth potentialOpportunity to build and scale your own client portfolioExposure to regional and international recruitment projectsDirect impact on business growth and strategic hiring initiatives
