Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead consulting assignments of medium complexity. Each day, you will support the development of consultancy products and services. You will also showcase your expertise by approving assignment tasks carried out by others.The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Mexico.You will be mainly accountable for:Working as a leading functional practitioner in a consulting area.Leading or supporting the development of a special technology or area of best practice.Proposing and initiating actions to mitigate and control risks in your own area of responsibility.Identifying opportunities for repeat and new consulting business.Qualifications for the role Experience (in years): 15 - 20 yearsExtensive hands-on experience in commissioning and startup of Coordinated Speed Drives systems for paper machines and winders.Proven track record in business development and technical leadership for Coordinated Speed Drives in Spanish-speaking markets, particularly within the pulp and paper industry.Strong background in technical training and coaching, with a focus on Coordinated Speed Drives applications for paper machines and winders.Extensive Service business experienceAdvanced English communication skillsBenefits We also offer our employees the following benefits:Dental insuranceFlex daysEmployee Assistance Program (PAE)Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)Paid parental leaveLife insuranceRetirement planHealth insuranceWellbeing programWhat's in it for youWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
