Ejecutivo Autoservicios

El ejecutivo de Autoservicios desarrolla y ejecuta la estrategia comercial y de ventas del territorio en Hidalgo, a partir del análisis de información del mercado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la correcta ejecución en los puntos de venta.

Zona a laborar: Pachuca, Hidalgo y parte de Huachinango.

Responsabilidades clave

• Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y de venta establecidos para la zona de Hidalgo/ Pachuca y Huachinango.
• Administrar y dar seguimiento a los puntos de venta asignados.
• Liderar y orientar al personal a cargo en los puntos de venta.
• Analizar y gestionar información de ventas para identificar oportunidades y dar seguimiento a resultados.
• Asegurar la correcta ejecución y rotación del portafolio de productos en las tiendas asignadas.
• Supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de asesores en estrategias de venta y trade marketing.
• Realizar visitas periódicas a los puntos de venta, con un promedio de 4 a 5 tiendas por día.
• Elaborar reportes de resultados y cierres de venta, así como dar seguimiento a inventarios, presupuestos y checklists de tienda (imagen, códigos, mermas, etc.)

Requisitos:

• Licenciatura concluida o equivalente.
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en posiciones similares, idealmente si cuentan con coordinación de personal.
• Experiencia o facilidad para trabajar en campo y realizar visitas frecuentes a puntos de venta.
• Habilidades de negociación, liderazgo y análisis.
• Orientación a resultados y capacidad para coordinar equipos.
• Disponibilidad de trabajar en campo 70% al menos (movilidad dentro de la zona asignada).
