Bars Restaurants and Convention Center Manager in Montego Bay

We are looking for the absolute best talent to join our team as our new Bars, Restaurants & Convention Center Manager

At UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay (PAM Hotels), we are seeking a visionary leader with strong expertise in luxury hospitality to join our pre-opening team.

You will lead the strategic and daily operations of all luxury restaurants, bars, beach/pool outlets, and our state-of-the-art Convention & Events Center, balancing ultra-luxury service with high-volume event logistics.

Location: Montego Bay, Jamaica

Key Responsibilities

• F&B Operations: Direct all restaurants, bars, and beach/pool outlets under UNICO’s luxury standards.
• Convention Center: Oversee complete logistics for conferences, weddings, and large banquets (1,000+ guests).
• Financial Control: Manage department budgets and optimize Food, Beverage, and Labor costs.
• Team Leadership: Coach and develop outlet managers and service teams to drive high performance.

Profile Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in F&B leadership, including 3–5 years managing multi-outlet operations and conventions in a 5-star or luxury all-inclusive resort.
• Event Expertise: Proven track record handling events with 1,000+ attendees.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of POS (Micros Simphony preferred), BEO management, and financial KPIs.
• Language: Fluent English (indispensable).
