What You’ll Do:

Design and implement automation workflows in HubSpot (marketing, sales, and service hubs).
Integrate HubSpot with Clio and other platforms to streamline processes.
Build clear, actionable dashboards that give teams real-time visibility into performance.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into automated solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and refine automations to ensure reliability and scalability.
Document workflows and train internal users when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

HubSpot Certification (required).
Hands-on experience with automation, CRM integrations, and dashboard building.
Familiarity with Clio software (preferred, not required).
A strong finisher: someone who can take projects from idea → execution → adoption.
Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication skills—you can explain complex workflows simply.
