We are looking for a Social Media Setter to help generate and qualify leads through social media. This position will be responsible for responding to direct messages, comments, and inquiries, engaging with potential clients, and starting conversations that can turn into qualified leads.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is highly communicative, proactive, organized, and has 100% fluent English.
Respond to social media DMs and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers and potential clients through messaging.
Identify and qualify potential leads through conversations.
Generate leads through outbound and inbound social media messaging.
Follow established messaging and communication guidelines.
Maintain consistent follow-up with potential leads.
Track conversations, leads, and follow-ups.
Provide a positive and professional experience to prospects.
Meet daily and monthly lead-generation goals.
Requirements
- 100% fluent English – required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in social media, lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with prospects through DMs and online messaging.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and computer.
- Comfortable working a full-time schedule.

Monday - Friday 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Full-Time | Remote
