About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Success Coordinator to play a pivotal role in managing the production and logistics of high-volume direct mail and email campaigns.

In this 100% remote role, you will act as the central liaison between our internal teams (creative, data, production) and external vendors. Because this is a client-facing role that requires coordinating seamlessly with US-based stakeholders and vendors, advanced English communication skills are absolutely essential.

If you are a detail-oriented problem-solver eager to deepen your expertise in multi-channel marketing and thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

  • Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of print production and email setup, from initial planning through final deployment.

  • Vendor Management: Oversee external print and email vendors with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.

  • Quality Control: Conduct meticulous reviews for accuracy, including pre-press approvals, link and data checks, and final proof sign-offs.

  • Timeline Management: Create and maintain project schedules, track critical milestones, and proactively communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

  • Client Support & Issue Resolution: Provide professional client-facing communication and reporting (e.g., mail scans, drop ship confirmations, email delivery reports). Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate production challenges immediately.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the strategic connective tissue between internal creative, data, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language: Advanced English (Strictly required for client-facing reporting, vendor management, and internal coordination).

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in print production, digital marketing, and/or email campaign management.

  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the print production process, lettershop operations, mailing logistics, and postal regulations.

  • Data & Digital Familiarity: Familiarity with saturation data, carrier route selections for direct mail, and navigating digital marketing platforms.

  • Tool Proficiency: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt quickly to new project management tools.

  • The Mindset: A resourceful problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously without missing a deadline.

Nice to Have

  • Direct, hands-on experience specifically managing Direct Mail campaigns is strongly preferred.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote flexibility working alongside a highly collaborative US-based team.

  • The opportunity to deepen your expertise across complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • A dynamic environment that values continuous improvement, proactive problem-solving, and high-quality outputs.
