DevOps/SRE Engineer Lead
Job Description
• Lead and coordinate technical initiatives focused on technical debt remediation
• Ensure alignment with Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements
• Actively contribute to a hands-on capacity, participating in implementation and problem-solving
• Define and prioritize remediation activities in collaboration with the team
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
• Promote CT Engineering best practices and continuous improvement within the team Skills Must Have
• Technical debt remediation experience
• Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving
• Technical leadership and decision making
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Risk and dependency management
• Technical planning and prioritization
• Knowledge of engineering standards, governance, and compliance Nice to Have
• Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• DevOps and automation practices
• Enterprise architecture knowledge
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Metrics and reporting skills
• Coaching and mentoring experience
• Change management capabilities
• Continuous improvement mindset ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated). If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
