• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on client specifications and sales strategy.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings with the project team.
• Create and review local sales support strategies aligned with global direction.
• Ensure all competitive proposals reflect current market conditions and client context.
• Contribute to risk review processes in line with company policies.
• Develop technical descriptions of products and electrical solutions for proposals.
• Estimate costs and prepare final proposal documentation with accuracy.
• Serve as the key technical resource during client meetings and negotiations.
• Support product and solution presentations, including training-related offers.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Power Systems or Electrotechnical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power equipment, systems, and solutions, including high-voltage applications.
• Experience in application engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to work with customers in both technical and commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
