Execute a critical element in the company’s global export control program as a member of the Global Supply Chain Export Control Operations team.
Restricted Party Screening, Sanction, and Embargoed Country review of 3rd parties
Maintain knowledge of current export licensing requirements in key markets and regional export controls, sanctioned, and embargoed parties.
As needed:
Evaluate export control requirements for sales transactions based on end use, end user, and product attributes.
Communicate export license requirements to Sales and/or Procurement to ensure compliance, confirming completion.
Documenting export control decisions in Restricted Party Screening application.
Support continuous improvement through front office/shipper training, internal, and systems.
Establish & sustain collaborative relationships with Sales, Customer Care, Procurement, and regulatory compliance stakeholders.
Respond to transactional inquiries from internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs brokers for products which require additional information to be cleared for export.
1+ years of experience in a logistics role working with export documents and international shipping procedures
Demonstrated computer
skills:
Microsoft Office, Internet databases, web browsing, data entry Attention to detail, and diligence, within a fast-paced environment. Advanced level of English, mandatory, capable of holding conversations with a high level of complexity and technicalities
