• Develop and maintain process flow charts, control plans, and PFMEAs.
• Analyze production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead investigations into defects, test failures, and customer concerns.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions that support long-term quality improvements.
• Conduct process and product audits to ensure effective quality controls.
• Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
• Drive compliance with ISO 9001, CSA, ASME, ASTM, IEC, and IEEE quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to improve quality performance.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering or technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process controls, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. More
