Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time. What you’ll do: Primary Function: Supervise Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Controls and Logistics operations in the manufacturing facility. This is a fulltime staff supervisory position working primarily on day shift operations. The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Materials Manager. Essential Functions: 1 Responsible for the timely shipment of finished goods and other materials to required destinations based on assigned priorities and communication with Customer Service, Planning and Operation personnel 2 Directs and maintains a motivated staff committed to department and facility objectives. Coordinating the adjustment of staffing levels as appropriate and through consultation with the Materials Manager 3 On an annual basis, assists in setting objectives in conjunction with the Materials Manager with respect to productivity, inventory accuracy, deliveries, service levels, costs as well as health and safety. Regularly reviews these objectives and reacts and plans accordingly. 4 Responsible for the maintenance of all equipment in the shipping, receiving, and super markets. Ensures required reports, daily checklists, and employee certifications are maintained accordingly to policy 5 Responsible for the departmental implementation of Company safety and health procedures, ensuring required reports including accident investigations are complete and that all department employees are properly trained in accordance with Company policy and standards 6 Responsible for being knowledgeable of and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, provincial and organizational regulations. 7 Perform other related duties as assigned, including but not limited to Area Rotations, and attending Training Courses 8 Coordinate annual inventory activities 9 Administrate resources (over time) in order achive plant productivity 10 Develop and implement tools that make warehouse activities standard and lean 11 Maintain warehouse 5's program 12 Responsible for the timely shipment of finished goods and other materials to required destinations based on assigned priorities and communication with Customer Service, Planning and Operation personnel

Preferred education level: Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar Years and area of experience required: 3-5 years in similar position Technical knowledge: SAP, MS Office Excel, In-depth knowledge of warehousing logistics, physical inventory execution, cycle count procedures, traffic and freight regulations and best practices. Strong leadership, coaching and team building skills, team work, focus on continuous improvement
