* Diagnoses anomalies and implement corrective actions..     >> Assessment indicator : Number of actions implemented on the planner
* Collects and manages internal customer needs and requests..     >> Assessment indicator : Internal customer satisfaction
* Performs a series of tasks on a daily basis for the maintenance, cleanliness (hygiene, etc.), maintenance and tidying of buildings, areas, equipment, catering areas and green spaces..     >> Assessment indicator : Number of Claims
* Consults service providers and manage certain contracts..     >> Assessment indicator : Compliance with contract schedules
* Transmits work instructions to external companies and to the department's ad hoc resources..     >> Assessment indicator : Number of Claims
* Ensures the security/safety of the establishment (fire, intrusion, etc.)..     >> Assessment indicator : Compliance with safety/security regulations
