We are looking for an International Client Concierge to join our Mexico City team and provide exceptional, personalized service to our international intended parents during their time in Mexico.

About the Role
As an International Client Concierge, you will be one of the main faces of MIRACLE Surrogacy, welcoming and accompanying intended parents during some of the most important moments of their journey. From their first visits to our partner fertility clinics to the arrival of their newborn and their return home, you will help create a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that combines hospitality, organization, and problem-solving. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service, pays attention to the smallest details, and knows how to make people feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Hospitality ● Welcome and accompany international intended parents during their visits to Mexico. ● Coordinate personalized experiences, including newborn photoshoots, meals, brunches, and special arrangements. ● Anticipate client needs, address concerns, and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their stay ● Gather client feedback, identify opportunities to improve the experience, and invite clients to share honest reviews. Medical Visits & Hospital Coordination ● Accompany intended parents during semen deposit appointments at our partner fertility clinics. ● Provide in-person assistance during delivery, hospital discharge, and the intended parents' stay in Mexico with their newborn. ● Coordinate transportation, medical and pediatric appointments, hospital visits, and related logistics. ● Maintain clear communication with clinics, hospitals, and internal teams to ensure a well-organized experience. Requirements ● Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken (required). ● Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer service, patient coordination, or related fields. ● A polished, professional, and welcoming presence, consistently representing MIRACLE's service standards. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence interacting with international clients. ● Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability. ● A proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently. ● Ability to remain calm, discreet, and empathetic in sensitive or high-pressure situations. ● A respectful and inclusive approach to working with diverse family structures, including LGBTQ+ families. ● Flexible availability to accommodate client appointments, hospital visits, and deliveries, including occasional evenings and weekends, based on team coordination and operational needs. ● Availability to travel when needed. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP concierge services, healthcare hospitality, or medical tourism. ● Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. ● Experience coordinating transportation, travel logistics, or personalized client experiences
