As an Oracle HCM
- Compensation & Benefits you will support client service engagements focused on Oracle consulting generalist work, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through application analysis, implementation support, and user enablement. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client relationships, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to break down issues into practical solutions. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to compensation and benefits activities within our Oracle consulting generalist practice, use data and business context to shape recommendations, and help deliver work that aligns with client objectives and broader project goals. Responsibilities
• Analyzing Oracle HCM compensation and benefits requirements to translate client business needs into practical solution designs
• Configuring compensation and benefits processes within Oracle applications and validating that settings align with client policies and program rules
• Supporting implementation workstreams by gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and tracking open issues through resolution
• Reviewing functional designs, test scenarios, and deployment activities to help move Oracle HCM solutions through project phases
• Interpreting client data and system outputs to identify configuration gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Developing training materials and user guidance that help client teams adopt Oracle HCM compensation and benefits solutions
• Troubleshooting functional issues across Oracle HCM modules and coordinating resolution steps with technical and functional teams
• Building client relationships by responding to questions, anticipating needs, and communicating progress across assigned workstreams What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience in reated field
• Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits configuration experience
• Applying client-facing consulting skills in Oracle application projects
• Interpreting compensation and benefits data for insights and recommendations
• Using critical thinking to break down complex workstreams
• Anticipating client and team needs across changing priorities
