Qualifications:
• Strong program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in datacenter L2/L3 networking or ISP-environment telecom networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, building out, and managing networking products and lab facilities.
• In-depth knowledge of FTTH / GPON telecom networking, including hands-on experience with OLT and ONT equipment.
• Proven capability in OLT/ONT testing (authoring test plans and test cases) and simulating complex network scenarios in a lab setting. Professional
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of driving complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to synthesize and articulate complex technical concepts clearly across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership. Preferred
Qualifications:
• Experience with Broadband Network Gateways (BNG) and Core Routers.
• Experience with Element Management Systems (EMS).
• Scripting and automation skills.
