Your main Responsibilities
• Translate client requirements into product requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Lead and Engineering Leads to align delivery with client needs
• Function as PMO (Project/Program Management Office) for our strategic clients
• Create, onboard, and manage a new team to better support product implementations and migrations, when applicable
• Own account management, ensuring client requests are addressed by Operations, Client Service, and Technology teams
• Establish and own program governance (risk tracking, milestone reporting, and delivery oversight) across strategic client engagements
• Define and report on key implementation and migration metrics (e.g., time-to-launch, data quality, SLA adherence) to leadership and clients
• Act as the escalation point for critical client issues, driving resolution across Operations, Client Service, and Technology
• Partner with Technology and other teams on deal-to-delivery handoffs and identify account growth or upsell opportunities Your fit to this role Must-have Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in payments, banking and/or principal Networks
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with card issuing, acquiring, core banking or payment platforms
• Exposure to AI-enabled operations or delivery tools
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in client implementation, PMO, or program management within fintech, payments, or banking technology
• Proven track record managing platform or product implementations/migrations for enterprise or strategic clients
• Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Smartsheet)
• Experience building and leading teams, with at least two direct reports Soft Skills We’re looking for someone who:
• Is flexible to operate and collaborate in quickly changing organizational environments and can pivot to evolving business priorities
• Can travel as needed
• Can work effectively with clients based in the US
• Speaks Spanish, which is a plus – English fluency is required, but Spanish is not mandatory
• Player-coach mentality — equally comfortable operating strategically and rolling up your sleeves
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ownership mindset — urgency, grit, and a bias toward action when solving problems
