About The Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced scientific content. Your domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex chemistry — making a real impact on the next generation of intelligent tools used by researchers and students worldwide.

What You'll Do
• Design advanced chemistry problems spanning topics like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and thermodynamics to rigorously test AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate rigorous scientific logic and reasoning
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for factual accuracy, depth of reasoning, and scientific soundness
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry topics
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback that directly improves AI model training Who You Are
• Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and intellectual rigor
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
• No prior AI experience required Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI language models or STEM content development
• Background spanning multiple chemistry disciplines (e.g., physical, analytical, computational) Why Join Us
