A Day in the Life As our LATAM Operations HRBP Intern, you will play a key role in the employee lifecycle, supporting the entire onboarding journey, fostering development, managing day-to-day requests, and facilitating the offboarding process across our Operations métiers.
• Support the continuous update of personnel databases, organisational charts, and administrative tracking of internal movements across HR systems.
• Assist with induction and onboarding logistics for new joiners, coordinating agendas, system access, and welcome sessions with teams across the zone.
• Contribute to consolidating operational reports and metrics (attendance, turnover, headcount tracking) for our regional Operations team.
• Participate in managing daily employee requests, document archiving, and monitoring internal administrative processes.
• Coordinate the employee offboarding process. We Are Looking For You are a currently enrolled university student (in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields) available to work mornings (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM), bringing strong organisation, sound operational judgement, and an analytical mindset. You bring:
• Critical Thinking: Sound operational judgement to understand HR challenges and support balanced decisions.
• Prioritization: High organisational rigour to manage daily employee requests, maintain databases, and track priorities.
• Adapted Communication: Clear interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and professional working proficiency in English.
• Data Analysis: Practical command of advanced Excel to manipulate data sets, track KPIs, and consolidate operational reports.
