Responsibilities:
Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors) Support sales team with ESS system technical solutions Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer’s engineering staff Track market demands from key accounts Set up a channel between internal team and customers Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to the company’s R&D Support, coordinate and develop the offers and technical solutions Convince customers to buy Sungrow products from technical point of view Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s information. Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders if required Attend national and international fairs and congresses Function Specific Knowledge: Minimum 2 years’ experience in ESS projects or related areas (PV, wind, hydro, thermal plants, substations etc) Technical knowledge of ESS, inverters, wind converters and/or substations Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers and EPCs Proven experience to work in multinational environment Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and all level internally and externally Spanish speaker and fluent in English.
