Junior Manager of Digital Product Evolution

We are seeking a Junior Manager of Digital Product Evolution & Delivery to provide technical leadership throughout the analysis, design, development, and delivery of digital software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with Business and Product teams to translate functional and technical requirements into viable solutions. You will coordinate the technical development lifecycle—from analysis and estimation through implementation, release, and post-launch monitoring—while helping improve user experience, maintainability, security, and technical efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis and Solution Delivery
• Analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Define technical approaches and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Support implementation and validate completed deliverables.
• Ensure solutions are technically feasible and comply with established engineering standards. Development Team Coordination
• Coordinate the technical activities of the development team.
• Participate in estimation and technical prioritization exercises.
• Track progress and proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Help the team meet technical commitments and delivery timelines. Engineering Quality and Best Practices
• Promote software quality and sound development practices.
• Conduct or facilitate code reviews, testing, and technical documentation.
• Support the consistent application of development standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintainability, security, and overall solution quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product, UX/UI, QA, Infrastructure, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Jointly assess implementation requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate end-to-end implementation and timely coordination across teams. Technical Documentation and Communication
• Maintain relevant technical documentation and track development-related agreements.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Document key technical decisions to ensure traceability and effective communication. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Digital Design, Multimedia, Computer Systems, Software Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing web applications, particularly in:
• Front-end development
• API and third-party service integrations
• Version control
• Software development and release lifecycles
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Front-End Developer, Software Engineer, or in a similar technical role.
• Ability to analyze requirements and recommend technically viable solutions.
• Strong advisory, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including speaking, writing, and reading. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing and evolving modern web applications.
• Experience coordinating development teams or serving as a technical lead.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional technical dependencies.
• Participation in CI/CD, software quality, and application release processes.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and web architecture. Technical
