What You'll Do
As a Remote Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of approximately 100–125 residential rental properties, ensuring outstanding service while maintaining efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of an assigned residential property portfolio Build strong relationships with property owners and residents Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors Monitor repair progress and ensure work orders are completed on time Review and approve maintenance invoices Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and property turnovers Process lease renewals and security deposit reimbursements Maintain accurate property records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving issues professionally Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless client experience Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Fluent in written and spoken English Able to use own PC/laptop equipment (Mac is not supported) Highly organized with excellent time management skills Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote environment A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail Familiar with residential maintenance concepts Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel Experienced with AppFolio or similar property management software (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Grow With Us At Bay Property Management Group, we believe our people are our greatest asset.
