Main Purpose
To support manufacturing operations through the development and improvement of production processes, ensuring process quality, efficiency, and reliability through process documentation, quality tools, failure analysis, and the integration of manufacturing technologies.
Responsibilities
• Develop and update process flow diagrams, plant layouts, and operation instructions.
• Develop and maintain Process FMEA (PFMEA), Control Plans, and error-proofing systems.
• Investigate process failures using methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate the integration of machinery, robotics, sensors, and PLCs in collaboration with Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Safety, Quality, Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and Suppliers. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Automotive Core Tools, particularly PFMEA and Control Plans; Quality Tools; Lean Manufacturing; and interpretation of engineering drawings and GD&T.
Experience:
Manufacturing or process engineering activities, including process documentation, failure analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
