Key Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale Legal and Compliance programs from planning through execution.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance activities.
• Partner with senior business leaders, compliance teams, technology teams, and vendors.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate steering committee and working group discussions.
• Lead change management and communication activities across global teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver business and regulatory objectives.
• Ensure successful adoption of technology and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of Project Management experience and 3+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience delivering complex programs within Legal, Compliance, Technology, or AI domains.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Vendor management and third-party partnership experience.
• Strong risk management, governance, and change management capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
