About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, software, and basic network connectivity. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently while following technical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop and end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and application issues.
• Install, configure, replace, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Perform hardware deployments, device setups, installations, and replacements.
• Handle break/fix incidents and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Assist with user access and basic system configuration issues.
• Update tickets and document troubleshooting activities accurately.
• Maintain asset and equipment information as required.
• Follow technical procedures and support instructions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
• Complete service reports and maintain proper documentation. Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Field Service, Help Desk, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Knowledge of hardware installation, replacement, and configuration.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical support team.
• Professional, reliable, and responsible approach to work. Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following is a plus:

• IMAC Services
