Guadalajara, Mexico Duration: Fulltime Role summary Build and operationalize data pipelines on Databricks and AWS, turning raw and exploratory workloads into reliable, scheduled production workflows. Must-have skills
• 5–7 years in data engineering, with hands-on Databricks (Delta Lake, notebooks, jobs, clusters)
• Strong AWS experience (S3, Glue, Redshift or equivalent)
• Production Python and PySpark — clean, testable, maintainable code
• Advanced SQL and experience with large datasets
• Workflow orchestration with Airflow (DAG authoring, scheduling, dependency management, failure handling)
• Building ETL/ELT pipelines from ingestion through curated output tables Good to have
• dbt or similar transformation tooling
• CI/CD for data pipelines, Git-based workflows
• Data-quality checks, validation frameworks, and pipeline monitoring
• Experience partnering with analytics or data science teams What we're looking for

• Detail-oriented on data quality, reproducibility, and documentation
