We are seeking for a Billing, AR and ER Analyst
About the role
In this key regional role, reporting directly to the Americas Billing Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end billing, Accounts Receivable (AR Aging reports), collections, and follow-up to payment application processes across the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM). You will oversee billing across all revenue streams, including Labor, Third-Party services, Management Fees, Utilities, and Reimbursables. Additionally, you will serve as the primary operational bridge between internal teams, client stakeholders, BSO LATAM, and our global BSO in India, ensuring smooth processing in JD Edwards, maintaining month-end accruals for reimbursable expenses, auditing US&C expense reports, and strictly driving AR aging under 30 days. What you´ll do 1. Billing, Accruals & BSO (India) Collaboration
• AP Uploads & Journal Processing: Prepare, review, and submit Accounts Payable (AP) journals/uploads at least twice per month to the BSO team in India for seamless processing in JD Edwards (JDE).
• BSO Oversight & Training: Work closely with the India BSO team, auditing files, monitoring invoice statuses, and providing continuous training on process improvements, law updates, or client requirement changes.
• Comprehensive Invoicing: Issue timely and accurate invoices for the Americas region covering Labor, Management Fees, Third-Party services, Utilities, and Pass-through Reimbursables. 2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Collections Management
• Proactive Collections: Direct end-to-end collection efforts across the Americas to keep AR clean, updated, and actively avoid aging over 30 days.
• Payment Application: Oversee and follow up on cash applications, incoming wire transfers, and client portal payments until final ledger clearing, with the BSO LATAM and India.
• Client & Audit Support: Address client inquiries, track invoice processing statuses in client systems, and provide documentation for annual audit reports or pending billing support. 3. Expense Report Audit & Processing (Americas)
• US&C Expense Audit: Review, audit, and approve expense reports submitted in the Americas in corporate expense tools, ensuring policy compliance, correct receipt attachments, and tax/GL coding.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Partner to resolve policy breaches, missing backup documentation, or coding errors prior to payout and cross-charging. 4. Compliance, Audit & General Reporting
• Legal & Local Compliance Reporting: Manage REPSE compliance and monthly tax documentation requirements. Download, validate, and upload required records to third-party platforms (e.g., Uber billing platforms).
• Annual Audit Support: Assist in fulfilling annual external audit requests (e.g., Deloitte audits, IMSS documentation, and statutory compliance reports).
• Ad-Hoc Reporting: Generate, maintain, and deliver any other ad-hoc reporting necessary to support daily business operations. What you´ll need
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; studies related to finance, accounting, or administration
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience. Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Problem Solving: Ability to understand standards and use technical experience to analyze and solve moderately complex problems

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PeopleSoft – Coupa – PO System)
