Job Overview
This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership, partnering closely with business leaders to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, balancing strategic HR initiatives with the day-to-day needs of a growing operation.
What Your Background Should Look Like
• Qualifications
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR leadership role.
• Strong manufacturing industry experience supporting medium to large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
• Background in talent management, succession planning, organizational development, and strategic workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor relations within Mexico.
• Experience working in unionized environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and relationship-building capabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile The Successful Candidate Will Be
